How long have you been following racing: Since about 12. I always thought my dad was crazy watching cars go around in circles, but it turned out to be really fun.
How did you get started: My father and grandfather would watch the races every once in a while, and I started to get interested in the drivers and the off- track stories. Then, I got into the on-track stuff which hooked me for life.
Who was your first favorite driver, and why: Dale Earnhardt, Jr. was my very first and still my favorite driver. Then it was a school girl crush, but now I really respect him for his demeanor and the respect he gives and receives.
What is your favorite driver's racing moment: Winning the Daytona 500 in 2004. I was jumping up and down and screaming because I knew Dale Jr. had finally accomplished one of his goals and the race not only meant a lot to him, but also to his fans.
How many races do you attend a year: Unfortunately; I am saving up for college and have never been to a race, although I am saving up to go to next year's Pepsi 400 at Daytona.
Best race you ever say on TV or in person: The 2004 Daytona 500. Not only did Junior win, the race was really good and kept me entertained the entire time. It was just a fun race to watch.
What is your favorite track for racing: Daytona and Talladega. I love speed and watching those cars go at 200 MPH inches from each other gets the adrenalin pumping and just gets you excited for the race.
If your favorite driver came to your town, where would you take him and what would you do: I would take him to a local high school football game. To me, drivers rarely get to go and do anything like that, especially on Friday nights. I think it would be a great time. Afterwards, I would take him to a local restaurant for dinner as is tradition for the high school students and others to do after every game.
If you worked at DEI, what would you like to do: I would love to work in the PR Dept. Next fall I am going to college majoring in Public Relations and my dream job is to work PR in NASCAR.
If you ran NASCAR for a day, what rule would you change, add, or delete: I would change the impound rule to make it so drivers and crew had that Friday off from going to the track to practice. I would have it so they practiced and qualified all on Saturday.
