Dale Earnhardt Day 2015

Dale Earnhardt Inc. was proud to welcome back fans of Dale for the annual commemoration of his birthday, on April 29, 2015. 

Each year, on Dale’s birthday, fans are allowed into the Grand Showroom where special cars from DEI’s history are displayed, and additional features are added to the Public Showroom displays to celebrate the day. 

Several interactive stations were set-up for fun:  a DEI History of Drivers contest, and various Selfie Stations.  Also on hand were the traditional Dale Earnhardt Birthday Cupcakes, and this year’s cakes were the best in recent memory. 

A new display opened in the Public Showroom:  Dale Earnhardt Inc. 35th Anniversary – Celebrating 35 years of Excellence and Innovation.  The Dale Earnhardt Foundation Wing showed updated major progress on the Dale Earnhardt Environmental Leadership Campus. 

Earnhardt fans brought  their tribute vehicles to display and honor The Intimidator on his day, and our loyal volunteers helped everyone  get into the spirit by sharing special Dale memories of their own. 

The first fans in the door on Dale Earnhardt Day 2015 drove here from Long Beach, Mississippi, just for the celebration……Peggy & Bill Averhart.  We are always honored that so many still take the time to spend that day with us, and for many of them it involved a very long drive.
